The Premier Box modifications team has recently completed a remarkable project by designing, manufacturing, and delivering a highly customized site solution to our esteemed customer based in Dalby. This innovative solution involves the integration of two shipping containers, with the top container being a 20′ high cube unit and the bottom container being a 40′ unit. The primary purpose of the top container is to serve as a dedicated testing room, providing an ideal environment for various testing procedures. On the other hand, the bottom container has been meticulously outfitted with top-notch amenities, specifically designed to cater to the comfort and convenience of the users. The interior of the bottom container has been thoughtfully divided into separate male and female sections, each equipped with toilets and showers to ensure privacy and meet the diverse needs of the users. To ensure the structural integrity and stability of the combined containers, our team has incorporated a central post with a corner casting at the top. This ingenious addition allows the top 20′ container to be securely locked into place on top of the 40′ container below, creating a unified and robust structure. In terms of comfort and functionality, each container unit has been meticulously lined with 50mm insulation panels to provide excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing. The installation of a high-quality vinyl floor enhances the overall aesthetics and facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance. Moreover, a comprehensive electrical fit-out has been incorporated into each unit, ensuring the availability of power supply for various devices and equipment that may be required within the testing room and amenities area. To further enhance the convenience and comfort of the users, each container has been equipped with its own independent hot water system. This ensures a constant and reliable supply of hot water, facilitating comfortable showers and maintaining optimal hygiene standards. Refrigerated Shipping Container Usage Guidelines for Optimal Performance and Safety To ensure that your refrigerated shipping container operates at its best and maintains safety during use, please follow these guidelines:

1. Placement:
   • Position the container on level ground with adequate airflow.
   • Keep it at least one meter away from any walls and away from direct sunlight.
2. Power Connection:
   • Properly connect the reefer unit to a 32 amp, 415V power outlet.
   • Before connecting, inspect the cable plug for any signs of dust or water.
3. Loading:
   • Distribute the product evenly throughout the container, avoiding damage to the baffle kick plate or obstructing airflow on the container floor, door end, or return air.
4. Safety Precautions:
   • Exercise caution and wear non-slip rubber-soled footwear when entering or exiting the container.
   • DO NOT smoke or use an open flame in the presence of refrigerant.
5. Load Limits:
   • Ensure that the reefer is never loaded above the ‘red line guide limit’ marked inside the container.
6. Operation:
   • NEVER run the reefer with doors open. Always switch the container OFF BEFORE ENTERING. Ensure doors are securely closed before operation.
7. Maintenance:
   • Clean the reefer unit coils by hose down or air cleaning on a monthly basis.
   • Regular maintenance by a qualified technician ensures efficient performance and prevents downtime and costly repairs.
8. Safety during Inspection:
   • Inspecting refrigeration machinery requires caution.
   • The refrigerant is under high pressure, and some electrical circuits carry high voltage. Moving parts are also present.
   • NEVER open the control box without consulting a licensed electrician or reefer technician.
9. Repair Work:
   • Any repair work should be undertaken by a person familiar with the procedures and risks associated with personal health, fire, safety, and the environment.
